Going skiing april 7-11 to utah..?

Question

I originally wanted to go to park city. In fact i already booked hotel there but i did some research and other resorts are way less expensive.( Brighton, Snowbird, Beaver mtn and powder mtn) me and my son will be renting equip and taking a lesson. Any suggestions? please

I agree with the guy above me if you want to ski go alta because no snowboarders will get in your way. I loved solitude because there was no one there when I went.

i suggest you try to go to a few different places everyday.

i absolutly LOVE utah i go there for 2 weeks every year =)

Powder mountain is the way to go its cheap,good beginner runs,powder(of course),and huge mountain!

Alta, Alta, Alta!  No snowboarders, better terrain than Snowbird and it's cheaper.  Brighton and Solitude are okay and just one canyon north but for my money, I'd hit Little Cottonwood Canyon.

You can also rent equipment from REI.

Park City is great, but I highly recommend Alta or Snowbird.  I have enjoyed those the most.
