  1. I went to Argentina last summer for 3 weeks and spent, 1 week in Buenos Aires, 1 week in Cordoba, and 1 week in Bariloche. If you like to ski or snowboard, you need to go to Bariloche!

  2. You can visit Buenos Aires, Córdoba, Neuquén, all the states are beutiful. You can find hotels, resturants, travel agencies, entertainment places and more of Argentina you can see in http://www.e-ventoslink.com.ar

  3. Uruguay is cool - Montevideo and Punta del Este

  4. Buenos Aires is a very rich city (culturally speaking) and you will find tons of things to do. One of them is take the Tren de la Costa and stop in 2 places which are nice to see: Estacion de San Isidro and Estacion Tigre (the last one). Go to the Recoleta Cementary (where Evita's tomb is), to Museo de Bellas Artes, calle Florida, Puerto Madero, etc. If you are in BA, you can take the BuqueBus and go to Colonia, Uruguay which is the last Portuguese settlement in America. This is a one day trip.

You can also try going to Iguazu Falls. I wouldnt go to Punta del Este as in August it's winter and the beach is not so nice to be in August.

However, I strongly recommend going to Bariloche from Buenos Aires. It's a wonderful place, ski season is on, the lakes are beautiful and you will find the secenary breathtaking.

  5. Definitely check Uruguay out.  Great people and beautiful beaches.  Don't miss Colonia, Montevideo, Punta del Este and Cabo Polonio.
