Going to Bulgaria?? I need help!! nut allergy?

I'm going to bulgaria on friday for a week, and have a bad nut allergy, like i'll die within 15 mins if i dont have adrenilyn. im bringing over my adrenilyn with me but id rather not use it!! so i really really need to know how to inform people over there that im allergic to nuts!!!

First of all, if you are allergic you should already be used to avoiding certain foods, and knowing the distance that you should stay from them. Second.... why not tell them like you would tell people where you live??

Just explain that you have to take pre-cautionaries and tell them what may happen. In most cases, they will understand.
