Going to California, what should I do/see?

You know, this is a huge state with many different climates, sizes of cities & towns, parks, mountains, ocean beaches.... You should be a tad more specific with your question.

What do you enjoy doing?  How long will you be in California?  Are you driving or taking public transport?  What part of the state will you visit?  

If you get more specific with some more details, I am sure there are many of us who can answer intelligently.

So Cal-Hollywood Sunset strip, the Greek Theater, J Paul Getty Museum and Santa Anita Races.  A Laker game is a good choice if you can get tickets that doesn't break the bank.  My favorite is Venice Beach, it's got it all.

Not familiar with Northern California.

i went to San Diego, and I LOVED La Ho-ya Beach. U should stay at the amazing Hotel on the beach. and go to all the little shops and stuff. its a blast. i Loved Sea World too. It was pretty fun for oldies. haha. who says adults cant be kids?

go to Monterey they have a beautiful aquarium and that's wehere John Steinbeck was born and lived he wrote the Grapes of Wrath, go see L.A. they have

disneyland and walk of fame and stuff like that, go see San Francisco they have the Golden Gate Bridge! Go see Yosemite it's absolutely stunning there!
