Going to Cruise to Baja California (Mexico) from California friend has arrest warrant?? will he be okay going?

Me and my friends are planning to go on a cruise for my bday... which would be to Mexico... we are leaving frm the u.s. (California). I Found a friend has an arrest warrant for not going to jail when he was supposed to... will he be okay going or is this something that will come out and he will be arrested on the spot?????? He will be having his Driver's License or Mexican Passport????

Guess what. Your friend will either be arrested before boarding if they catch it but for sure will be arrested when he returns to US.

Is the warrent State of Federal, if State is it from CA. or another state. Are they a US or Mexican citizen.

My advice stay away, far away from this person. If the warrent is from the US you will most likely be getting in the middle of something.

I don't think that's something you guys want to take a chance with.

Mexican jails make ours look like a country club.  I've heard of people

that turned out to be inoscent stuck in jail there for over a year before

even getting to see a judge.
