Going to Fenway next weekend, any ideas for good bars to go to?

Boston Beer Works is great. The other person already suggested it, but you really should try the Watermelon beer.

Cask 'n Flagon is pretty good. There's also a good Billiards bar down the road... I forget where exactly.

There are good bars all around. Take a walk and you can't go wrong.

Like the other said, there are various bars all along Fenway.  But these bars often become very crowded, so if you don't like the big crowds, make sure you show up early.  But yeah, you can't go wrong with any of the bars around there.

Go right downtown to the downtown mall.  There are many bars and very good restaurants.  There are also street musicians on the mall playing for free.  Boston downtown is one of the most exciting and interesting historically.  Be ready to talk sports if you go in most bars and don't...I repeat..don't criticize Bostons teams..it gets hairy if you do.  I personally enjoyed Crickets very much but several near it

Any bar behind the Green Monster.

AND, Boston Beer Works.  It's across Yawkey way (or behind home plate).  In July is Watermelon beer.  

Basically walk around Fenway and hit all those bars.  Don't wander from Fenway though!!  Keep the ballpark in your sights when walking to a bar.
