Going to Grand Caymen, Cozumel, Belize & Roatan this November. Which of these has the best surf for an amateur

There is NO surf in either Grand Caymen or Cozumel. I have been to both several times. They are great dive/snorkel resorts with surf only during a hurricane! I have never been to Belize or Roatan, but geographically, they are similarly located where any swell would be blocked by the Greater and Lesser Antilles. I also checked surfline.com, with negative results.

Okay, if you are a certified diver, pack your gear, if not, there are dozens of decent shops to rent snorkeling equipment, and great snorkel tours. Check out the beach by la Cieba hotel in Cozumel for fun and easy snorkeling, but no surfing. have fun.
