  1. I recently went to Greece for 12 days and did a loop around the Peloponnese. We started in Athens for three days, then we rented a car and went to Delphi for a day, Olympia for a day, Gythio for two days (with daytrips to Sparta, Mystras, and Monemevsia), Nafplio for three days (with daytrips to Myceanae, Nemea, Epidavros, etc), and then back to Athens for a day. This worked out really well for us, but we were definitely more into sightseeing/history then partying-- for that I would say go to the Islands. There's a lot of really neat stuff in northern Greece that we had to miss, but with only 10 days you really can't do the whole county. The Peloponnese is pretty awesome, though. Watch out for sea urchins if you go swimming!

  2. Depends when you are going - where you arrive at - what you want to see - whether you want to stay on the mainland or islands - if you want mountains and villages or coastline.

  3. Too many places to mention.Check this out:

  4. As Asimenia says it all depends on where you start from.

Anyway, with point of entrance the port of Patras. Crossing over the Rio-Andirrio bridge and on to Delphi. From there continue North to Meteora and then to Dion and Vergina. Then on to Thessaloniki and to Chalkidiki. That easily can take the time you have to spend.

Alternatively, go South to Olympia, then on to Kalamata and Sparta over the Taygetos mountain. To Monemvasia and then to Nafplion, Epidaurus, Korinth and then Athens.
