Greetings from Spain and enjoy Ireland.

  5. A must when in Dublin is taking in some of the sights. And a great way to get around most of Dublin's top attractions is with the Dublin Bus 'Hop-on, Hop-off' tour. A single adult ticket costs 14 euro and it's valid for 24 hours. There are 23 stops on route and you can spend as long as you like at each attraction.

The tour starts on Cathal Brugha Street. From 9.30 to 3pm buses are every 10 minutes and from 3pm to 5pm, every 15 minutes. Stops include Trinity College (home of the Book of Kells), Kilmainham Gaol, the Government Buildings, Temple Bar, Dublin Castle, the Old Jameson Distillery, Christ Church cathedral, Dublin Zoo and the Guinness Brewery.

Even if you don't buy a thing you could also check out some of Dublin's retail hotspots. Grafton Street and Henry Street are lined with all the usual high street stores and there are also some shopping centres – such as the Stephen's Green Centre.

For a night on the town Temple Bar is the place to be seen. Plenty of bars, trendy cafes, gourmet restaurants and clubs line the cobblestone streets of this lively after dark spot.

You could also travel out of Dublin for a day trip, perhaps to the Dublin Mountains or further south to County Wicklow, also known as the 'Garden of Ireland'. It's got some breathtaking scenery and glorious sandy beaches - Irish weather permitting of course!

No matter what you do, get out and about and enjoy it!

  6. See conemara or go to the skellegs rock in kerry. Go raibh mile maith agat! (tHANKS)im from there.

  7. Go shopping and sightseeing!

A good way to get around is to buy a so called Freedom ticket for 25,-Euro. It covers transportation and helps with admission fees. Doesn`t get cheaper than that.

    Have fun!

  8. Get the h**l out of the city and see something interesting.  One city is very much like another and Dublin is quite cosmopolitan.  If you want to see the interesting things in Ireland, go find out what ancient sites are in the area: old castles, ruined churches and the like, ancient megalithic sites.  Those are the beautiful and unique parts of Ireland.

  9. sleep

  10. irelands beautiful. see castles, go to dublin its a beautiful place. the people are great and you will not be bored. wish i was going back. have fun.

  11. Try to get out to see New Grange, go to the Natural Museum (unless it's still closed), it's a Museum of a Museum, still full of stuffed animals and cobras in formaldehyde, but they are threatening to refurbish it!

In Phoenix Park you can watch fallow deer in the middle of the city, or the Botanical Gardens where the squirrels are very tame and come quite near you if you have anything remotely resembling food in your hand.

There is Dublin Castle, the National gallery, the Guinness Brewery. Nightlife is abundant but very expensive.

    Céad míle fáilte!

  12. see castles...beautiful

  13. Dublin? It's not really Ireland as such, and leprechauns will be very thin on the ground ... but enjoy the city centre, there are some beautiful buildings that date from the time of British rule.

Do the open top bus around the main tourist sites. Also, take the DART around Dublin Bay, from end to end, it's the best way to appreciate the views and the very pricey houses where the rock stars etc. live in South County Dublin. Weather permitting, get off at Dun Laoghaire and go for a bracing walk down the pier, more great views.

That'll take 3 days at most. Then I suggest getting out of Dublin! You can go into Counties Wicklow or Meath ....

  14. go leprechaun hunting
