Going to Italy, Smoke a Cigar at 14?

Ok, I am 14, and a guy. My whole family (extended too) is going on a 12 day cruise through the Med. Sea, Egypt, Rome, Austria, Germany, Turkey, etc. After the cruise we will stay in a hotel in Italy for 4 days. I was wondering when I go to Italy if I go off with me 17 year old guy cousin, and we go out, can I drink/smoke? I am 14, and I really want to smoke a cigar... And I know how to do it...

in Italy you can do EVERYTHING you want. Nobody will cares about, and nobody will tell you something.

wanna smoke? you can buy it even less ID card.

wanna drink? you can, buy alchol, drink and be drunk..

wanna drugs? you can.

wanna have s*x? you can.

here is everything legal, even that that sould be forbidden.

we have achived an incontrollable freedom-level.

I'm Italian... here in Italy young boys are not allowed to smoke or drink... but all boys and girls do it. You can also go and buy cigars... nobody will ask you "why". I'm not sure it's a good thing.

You have to be 16 years old to buy any cigarettes, and I think it's the same for cigars; as far as drinking is concerned you can do whatever you please.

in italy you can drink and smoke in every age.it's not restricted like in usa

Yes, of course...i leave in Imola ( Bologna )..and in italy you can smoke and drink at 14 years!!!!!

The law forbids to sell tobacco to a minor. But I guess if your cousin who's 17 looks mature enough he can get away with it. Go into a Tabaccheria and buy some. Toscani are an Italian brand of cigars. I can't even stand the sight of them but I guess if you really want to try them out... You shouldn't have any problem drinking especially if you're with a 17 year old.
