  1. Go to www.Weather.com and do a 10-day forecast.

  2. Usually the thunderstorms just run through fairly quickly followed by normal weather.  You might have a quiet a few come through in a day, so if you're planning outdoor activity bring an umbrella or a raincoat.

  3. I was in Florida in July a couple of years ago. You can expect rain or a thunderstorm everyday, as its heading into hurricane season. They usually came about 2-2.30ish and only lasted 10 minutes. The sun came straight back out and every one was dry in 5 mins!

  4. It's HOT and steamy down here. Daily thunderstorms are common this time of year. But they pass fast and it gets HOT again.

  5. I'm going to Orlando on July 19 too. It's too early to tell how the weather will be because most weather systems haven't even developed yet.  By about Tuesday next week, go to this link and get the forecast. That's the earliest you can get a good idea of what it'll be like.

But the average temperature is around 90 with a heat index in the upper 90's and into the 100's. Also, thunderstorms are forecasted everyday due to the high humidity. So be prepared for rain because they can pop-up suddenly but they usually don't last long.

  6. Check out the US Hurricane Centre - there's one out in the Atlantic right now - Bertha - headed due West - you never know.

At this site below, you can see Bertha, somewhere off the Florida coast.
