Question:

Going to Paris in a few weeks. Have not been there in 9 years.?

Staying in "old Paris" first night, then meeting friends at timeshare near EuroDisney. Recommendations on train to get me across town??? Is it the RMR?? Any help or just ask the hotel????

  1. Yes I agree with Millie but make sure you pay for an RER ticket at the station. The RER and the regular city metro are in the same station, and you can board any train, but at the turnstyles to exit the station at Disney, you must insert the ticket and if it is not the correct one, you will be hit with a $50.00 fine on the spot. The regular metro tickets are for in the city limits. The RER goes outside these (ex Disney, Versailles)


  2. It is very easy, take RER A towards Marne-la-Vallée and it will be the last stop (Marne-la-Vallée-Chessy). It takes about 35 to 40 minutes from Paris.

    I am sure if you go to the Disneyland Paris website you will find all the info you need.

    Just be careful Line A forks into two different directions going east: Marne-la-Vallée and Boissy-St-Léger. You want the first one. When you are on the platorm, look at the sign above your head and see which stations are lit. If you board the wrong train you can always change at Vincennes (that's where it branches out).
