Going to Puerto Vallarta Dec 07.?

Question

Im leaving for Puerto Vallarta this winter break for about 1 week and going to Zacatecas after for another week,I have been to Zacatecas but never to Puerto Vallarta.If you have been there or know who has,can you give me any advice on budget hotels and great night clubs and no mor than 1 mile from the beach......Thank You.

Wow.....  you have picked a great place....  You will not be able to pick a better place to go...  The weather is perfect...   The water is Perfect and the people are most gracious... You can drink the water....  I am not sure if this is exactly how to spell it but we stayed at a hotel right on the beach called (This is how I  pronounce it)  Pel a (short a) can us..  Its located right across the street from the beer brewery (Carona)  and guess what the deposit on the bottles was more than the beer cost...  Anyway good luck and have a great time..  You lucky thing you!!!   Grant M in Pennsylvania
