Going to Punta Cana Grand Oasis resort - any clubs or nightlife in Punta Cana???

Question

I have heared of Mangu and Crazy moon? Are these close by? Any club names to look for?

Please only reply if you know a specific places to go.

I've been with my husband to Pun ta Can and the night life is limited to some disco's like Mangu but really I love more Puerto Plata more to do during day and night.

If you go to La Romana you'll find some good ones, the only bad thing is that is 30min to 1 hour away. =(

I stayed at the grand oasis punta cana last july, it was great we were in block 6 and it was modern compared to some of the other blocks, the disco in the complex wasnt great, everyone was asking the d.j to play stuff we knew but he kept playing spanish stuff because thats what he liked! it was quite small too. oasis arranges a bus to the mangu club some nights after the show and one night we went, it was about a half hr journey. it was pretty good but the drinks were quite expensive! that was the only bad thing, again it was mainly spanish music though and we got a bit bored and went home early. have fun!

HI Nikiky,

Well in the "Golden Jail Hotels" area ( Punta Cana) there is some night life but completly oriented to the tourist, like the Mangu disco. I prefer the night life of Puerto Plata 10x better

and more choice( only in Playa Dorada you have 6 disco's and in the town (15 min) a lot more!
