Depends on location e.g. Magaluf Ibiza etc

  3. People are warm and welcoming...it sounds like you are going to learn Spanish?  they will help you!  They are such great people!

It is easy to meet people.  Just go out to a bar (you know, a coffee shop), and start talking to people.  (I am really outgoing, but you'll still do fine).

And it is a SUPER fun place in your 20s.  Where EXACTLY are you going, if you want some details, we need to know.

  4. nice and laid back

depends on where you are (Barcelona, Madrid, Ibiza-yes)

    as friendly as anywhere else

definitly, but it depends on where you are(go to Ibiza)
