Going to Study in Halifax?

Atm, I am outside of Canada and the U.S.A., and I was wondering if there would be any problems if I study in Halifax. I have done my ninth year of 0-Levels, and am going into the 10th. I wanted to know if there would be a problem adjusting to the Canadian High School system, especially after doing one year of o-levels. Thanks to whoever answers =).

In many cases when student come from abroad tehy are tested to see where they should be placed, I had 2 friends that came from London in High School and they were both put in a Grade above their age they were put in grade 11 when it should have been 10, but in another case I know where a younger child was held back a year
