Try the Marquis of Grandby pub for great food. Its On the South side I think, where all the B and Bs are. It gets busy at tea time so you better book.

there is one just 1oo yards from the bridge. sorry i cant be more accurate with the directions. its on the left of the rivermouth towards the arcades.

I love Whitby, was there only a few weeks ago. We had a nice meal at the black bull inn and had some traditional english, home cooked food.
