Going to a concert at 14?

Question

do you think it would be okay for a 14yr old to go to a concert with a friend, also of the age 14, alone?

Just being dropped off?

I am asking because i dont think my mom will let me and it would be really awkward for us to have her there, like 10 feet away from us while we're trying to have fun..

how can i convince her it would be okay? and for her to go away?

I know, I know, its better safe than sorry...yeah yeah yeah..

sure it would be fine! ive been to concerts at 14 and its really no biggie as long as you dont go out and do stuff with anybody (smoke, s*x, drink) u know the typical, u want to show your mom u can be trusted and it helps if she trusts u already, what concert will you be going to?

you should be fine, i went to my first concert when i was 15 i think. just make sure your parents know where you're going and wher to meet them when they pick up up. and you should call them so they know you're okay.
