  1. I would say order the artichoke chicken and  ask for the caper butter on the side or order the vegetarian chili.  If you get a salad as a side, ask for the dressing on the side and stay away from the normal bad stuff (croutons and cheese).

  2. If it's a good restaurant, you should be able to customize your order. I love fish, too... along with the sides of vegetables and mashed potatoes. Stay away from dressings, fried ANYTHING, creamy ANYTHING, and order water instead of soda or something like that. Good luck!

  3. I would skip the appetizers and start with the Mixed Green Salad.  For an entree: Wasabi Tuna or Shrimp Siam look good or the Padd Thai with either Shrimp, Scallops, or Salmon.

Also note under Poultry...Please Ask Your Server for Vegetarian Specials.

Dessert?  I don't see anything listed, but I'm sure you can either find something to your liking or just skip that too.  You'll probably be too full anyway.

    Bon Appetite!

  4. The Japanese Stuffed Salmon looks to die for. That's what I would order.

Although salmon is healthy since it is stuffed with feta that may add a few xtra calories.Since it is your grandfathers birthday, splurge a little and count calories the next day!
