  1. Distract yourself with lots of TV.  Trust me, whether the TV makes you laugh or cry, you will forget your worries very quickly.  Then just try to gradually fall asleep in front of the TV.  When the next day comes, just walk into that school with this logic: anything that happens today won't matter by the end of this school year.  Just smile and try your best.  Trust me, you'll probably make lots of new friends if you remain cheerful and positive.

  2. I know just how you feel.  But you will have to face it.  You make your reality so think good thoughts.  Smile alot even when you do not feel like it.  That helps a lot.

  3. Calm down, don't worry about it. Everybody else in your grade is going through the same thing, you'll get used to your new school. Middle school years are the best because you have more freedom to do what you want than elementary school, but don't have tons of regents and important classes like you get in high school. Don't overload yourself and relax, enjoy your new school and meet some new people, you'll be totally fine.
