Going to a party in two weeks and I need help with outfits for my boys?

I am going to a family party in two weeks at a restaurant. It's a birthday party for my cousin (who is turning 25). It's going to be at a kind of upscale restaurant. Not too fancy but I am having trouble with dressing my boys. Can you help? These are the options:

I like the second pants with the first shirt.... i dont like the first pants and the second shirt as it is way to causal for the resturant...

I'd go with the first shirt, since it has a collar.  For pants, I'd find something else.  A nice pair of khakis would be a good choice, but jeans generally shouldn't be worn if it's an upscale event.

i would go for the shirt in option one and the pants in option 2.

I would definitely go with the first one because it has a collar,but maybe khakis instead of jeans (just a thought).

Between the 2, I would go w/ the first one.  Maybe some khakis though instead of jeans?  Just a thought.

The 2nd looks more like something my son (3) would wear to daycare.

If it is a kind of upscale/dressy restaurant I would go for the first shirt since it has a collar.
