  1. eat something really little every 2 hours, like a piece of fruit or low fat yogurt and for dinner eat a salad, my husband lost 9 pounds in a week doing this.


  2. DON'T STARVE YOURSELF!!! This could lead to serious eating disorders. What I would do is to exercise as much as you can.

    Try to swim as much as you can because that way your body will get the form of a swimmers body. (That's how mine looks after swimming for a while). If you swim more and eat salads and cut down on the fatty foods, then you should be fine.

    Exercising is the key, and the best way to exercise for a swim party is to swim
