Question:

Going to a water park, most likely wearing contacts?

would this be safe? I can't see at all with out glasses and some of the rides are a little wild and they might fall off.. I heard that if you get water in your contacts you can get some horribel infection that can cause blindness!!! is this true!?!? if have my eyes open while i'm on the water slide but close them right before i am underwater will i be ok? i will try my best not to open my eyes underwater do you think i will be safe?

sorry i get really nervous when it comes to health issues

I CAN NOT GET GOGGLES OR A GLASSES STRAP BEFORE I GO IT IS IMPOSSIBLE

  2. I think you should be fine. I'm a competitive swimmer and I always wear my contacts in the water. Sometimes my goggles fall off when I dive in so I get water in my eyes. They might sting a bit or feel a bit funny when they get water in them, so bring eye drops or something but you should be just fine.

  3. i dont think you'll get a disease. most likely they'll come off. sure i think you might feel a burning sensation im not all that sure. if anything reaserch hun!
