Going to an amusement park..?

Question

Hey, I'm going to six flags tomorrow and we'll be going on a lot of rides and then we'll go to the water rides.. but I can't decide what to wear

Would it be stupid of me to wear a dress with flip flops.. i'm going to wear a bathing suit underneath and I can just put the flip flops in my bag if i'm not allowed to wear them on the ride right?

Or... I have a lot of denim skirts, I could wear that with flip flops and a shirt, and bring shoes with me in case I have to go on a ride that doesn't let me wear them

definitely do not wear a denim skirt. cause you gotta keep in mind that it takes a long time to dry, and you said you were going to go on water rides. it would just make it more inconvenient. i think the best thing to do is to wear somthing simple so that you can take it off when you go on the water rides. i'd recommend a tshirt and shorts. for the shoes, just wear flip flops. they wouldnt stop you

you can where anything you want you can get wet and still go on the rides.

I would say to wear shorts, since it will give you alot of ease changing between water rides, rollercoasters, etc. and it will allow you to sit more comfortably on rides. Flip flops are a good idea; you are allowed to take off your flip flops and ride shoeless at most theme parks. I know that at Knotts Berry Farm, they ALWAYS have an area to set your shoes on Riptide.

Ok i have never been to six flags (yes shoker lol) but i have friends how have an talk about it and im sure its no differnt than other amusment parks besides the rides and stuff. Well i say wear your bathing suit under a pair of light shorts and a tank top and put the flipflops the your bag.  I guess you can wear a dress but if i were you i wouldn't you can wear a skirt and i t shirt too but i dont suggest a denim skirt. Its too heavy for a hot day  and just no something to wear at an amusemnt park...

You might look at the six flags website to see if they have an official rule about footwear.  I would probably play it safe and wear tennis shoes.  You could still wear the dress with your suit on underneath, with Keds type tennies.

Wear capris or something. No dresses or skirts. The rides there are amazing, but you don't wanna be in flip flops =/.., they'll get soggy. Its gross. I was there in flipflops and it was the most uncomfortable feeling.

you can wear anything. you can wear flip flops. on some rides, you just have to take them off and leave them there and just wear it again. i just wore flip flops all day and yes, it was comfortable...    just don't forget to wear sun screen. skin cancer...

wear light clothe  shorts  and just keep going on rides the breeze is nice keeps you cool
