Going to bed when not tired?

I'm used to staying up until 1:00 AM and from now on i have to go to bed at 11:00 PM. What can i do to make me sleep better?

  1. I have this same problem. you could have insomnia check with dr. also, only get in your bed for sleeping, read in a comfy chair, but only use your bed for sleeping. this way, when you get in bed, your body understands it's time to sleep. look up on iTunes pzizz, or pink noise amd listen to those as you fall asleep. drink warm milk before bed. listen to music. hope this helped good luck


  2. Read a really boring book. One time I couldn't fall asleep so I read the classified section in the paper =) It worked.

  3. get up earlier in the morning that way you will be ready to go to bed earlier
