Going to cancun for spring break oasis viva vs. krystal hotel. HELP!?

Question

my friends and i are trying to figure out where to stay for our spring break trip in 08. we have limited options because we're staying at a timeshare of one of my friend's parents'. we've narrowed it down to oasis viva and the krystal hotel because we want to be in the clubbing and bar area. there's mixed reviews on each of these so we CANNOT decide where we should go. any help/ suggestions/ constructive criticism would be greatly appreciated.

I recomend you Oasis Viva Cancun , is nice and the plan is all inclusive , the price is low than hotel kristal.

I have stayed in the All of the Oasis Resorts and enjoyed my time in each and every one of them. The Staff are very helpful, the food was excellent and the beach and pool areas are clean & tidy with activities daily, from Pool aerobics to beach volleyball.

The good thing with Oasis Viva, is that it is currently closed and under going a massive facelift and expansion, which can only be good for the Hotel and guests.

I regularly have British Soldiers staying in Cancun, and Oasis Viva is very popular with them when they are in Cancun in small numbers because of it's proximity to the Night Life, and being an easy stagger home at the end of a good night out.

In the last 2 years I have probably had close to 300 people stay in Oasis Viva, and never had 1 bad word from any of my guys.... maybe soldiers are just easily pleased !!!
