  1. That depends on where in Florida you are going. We are being pummeled right now in the North Eastern part of the state and it is suppose to make it's way towards Tallahassee and Pensacola in the next few days. If your headed south, you should be okay.

  2. probably.  you can still have your vacation even with a little rain though.  Rides don't close down unless there is lightning and many of the shows / attractions are under shelter or inside.  No worries - just bring a rain jacket.

  3. you shouldn't have a problem should be out of state by then =]

  4. We arrived in Florida a few years ago during the warnings for tropical storm, I think,  Harvey. Our plane descended through the clouds and we didn't see the runway until we actually landed.

It was absolutely lashing down when we picked up our hire car and we all got soaked . We drove from Sanford airport down to Kissimmee and all the toll booths were closed - no tolls to pay.

The next morning we went to the Magic Kingdom and it was deserted ! We had been on all the rides by 1 o'clock and it hadn't rained at all !

    Brilliant

  5. Fay is supposed to be in Mississippi by Monday so I don't think you'll have any problems. It's still summer in Florida, so expect a little rain every day though!

  6. I just had to cut a holiday short coz of Fay! My bf lives there though and u'll be fine, its passing up north.

Since its over land it should be weakening considerably too.

    Don't worry.

    Have fun there, its great!

  7. I hope so for you

  8. i hope its gone too!!!! im going on thursday i got a weather print out it says its gonna get better by sat nxt wk
