  1. WELL THERES NOTHING WRONG BUT YOU SHOULD TRY TO GET REST ABOUT ONCE A WEEK.LIKE GO TO THE GYM MON TUES AND TAKE WED OFF AND THEN FINISH IT OFF WITH THURS AND FRI. AND YOULL BE GREAT. CAUSE YOULL GIVE YOUR BODY SOME REST. THATS HOW I DO IT. AND IT FEELS GOOD ON THE REST DAY.

Depends on what you are doing while you are there.  Though one day of rest would be good.  If you are lifting weights 7 days a week then, no.  You'll depress your immune system as your body is trying to recover constantly.  If you are alternating Weights one day with aerobics the next then that is good.  So would just doing up to an hour of aerobics a day.

Yes.but you need to see what kind of workout you follow.You can change your exercise regime.One day you do cardio and next day do some weight lifting, next day some floor exercise.Like this you can go all days.Don't do same work out daily.If you are doing same everyday like treadmill or cycling give a break of 1 or 2 days.

  8. it's actullay good to go work out everyday especially if you wanna get very bulk that's how most people do it they do kardio for like an hour or whatever and they do it everyday, just don't push yourself if you get really exhausted.
