Going to have a slumber party with 9 FRIENDS!!!?

Ok so I didn't have a sweet 16 like I wanted to but my parents say I can have a slumber party with as many people as I want so. I plan to ask 9 girls and 3 guys. The guys can't stay all night as you might figure out. BUT I don't know what we should do! 12 people are a lot of people to entertain and some people don't get along with each other. Any ideas?
