I just returned from PV, we used Princessa Cruises, on the Serape, and took the Jungle Panther's Dune Buggy tour.  Both were great values, but if I had to pick just one, it would be the Jungle Panthers, sooo much fun.  We heard from others that Vallarta Adventures was really good, but very pricey...
