  1. actually, in a taxi its optional. but always for a child's safety, no matter what, its always highly recommended to put a child in a car seat. specially in puerto rico, which driving its pretty crazy.

  2. It might seem like a pain in the butt, but it will be worth it in the long run. If something were to happen to her, you'd regret it for the rest of your/her life.

  3. The way they drive in PR, you want your kid to be as SAFE as possible!

  4. Driving in Puerto Rico is crazy for your child`s sake get one.

  5. Yes  is  your  best  bet...

  6. different countries have different laws regarding child seat use.  you may want to check out their main tourism site to get the answer. i believe that children under the age of four are required to have a seat in puerto rico (else a $100 fine).  perhaps you will be able to prearrange something before arriving.  the best bet would be to contact someone down there.  good luck.  ENJOY!
