Going to spain in 4 weeks to Tossa de mar San Eloy Aparthotel any feedback would be COOL?

WHATS the local beer like ? what s the food like ? is it lively or sad ?BUT THE MAIN THING I WANNA KNOW WHATA THE HOTEL LIKE ?????????? thanks

Been to Tossa, not to San Eloy, loads of reviews just google it. Tossa not a rowdy place when I was there a couple of years back, a nice town and beaches, good if you want to go out for your dinner, have a drink, watch people go by, and chill out. Families  Spanish and Scandies, not many Germans. Depends what you think is a good time,not so good if you want to drink a bucket full and then let everyone know how you feel.

Well I wouldn't go there sounds like the Mayor is a "Tossa"
