Yes, you will be fine. If you do run into any problems while you are there you can always contact the U.S. Embassy in Spain if for some reason you are detained in Spain longer than you had planned.

Yes, as long as you're home before the passport expires, its fine.

Yeah, they say you should have approx 6 months validity from your due date of return on it in case you are kept in the country for one reason or another (illness/accident etc) but you'll be fine
