  1. Definitely go to London (DUH!!!), there's TONS to do there. Theres the British Museum, Royal Albert Hall, Tower of London, Westminster Abbey, Palace of Westminster, the Eye, the V&A museum, Kew Gardens, the list goes on. Be sure to be very careful on spending since things there are like 2x expensive. Save up and on the last day go to harrods and SPLURGE SPLURGE SPLURGE!!! The food court is HUGE!! I took a day trip out to Wales and it's beautiful, very green, and it's only a 90min. train ride to Cardiff. Anyways, just walking around London is fun by itself (as long as ur not in a bad area). Hope this was any help and I hope you enjoy your trip and be sure to watch top gear and the weakest link on BBC Two. Also, I dare you to rent a car there. LOL.

  2. Yeah, go there like an idiot and end up spending all your money on useless things.

Trust me, i've lived in the UK all my life, i've been everywhere and to be honest, it's pretty d**n boring here.  If you are definately coming there are 1 or 2 things I would suggest, the first would be to go to wales and stay for 4 or 5 days, go do outdoor things like, caving, gorge walking, kayaking and white water rafting.  The other thing I would suggest is to get to Manchester and then go to Urbis , they have some good exhibitions set up there, aswell as the anime/manga one on the first floor.

Museums are boring, art galleries are boring and our shopping centres are crappy compared to those around the world, except maybe London, but you'll be paying double for everything.  Try out some theme parks, try Blackpool Pleasure beach, Alton Towers or even Camelot.  Don't do typical touristy things, you will be not be satisfied with them, not to mention, you'd be wasting time.

Also be prepared, it has been really hot here recently, but the weather can change at any moment, it may start to thunder as it did last night or it may rain down really hard.

Another thing, depending on where you are coming from, you may notice things cost a lot more here, that's because our value added tax is really high, so expect to pay more than you normally would.  Don't carry to much cash, some parts of the UK, such as Gorton and Longsight in Manchester can be rough, aswell as some parts of London, Birmingham and Liverpool, so I wouldn't chance it.
