Going to the doctor, might be pregnant, under 18? Help!?

Im going to the dr because Ive been having discomfort with my stomach for like a week now. The day before yesterday I bled. Today I bled. I might be pregnant but I can't tell the dr because I'm scared they will tell my mom and if my mom finds out she will kill me. I would want them to test confidentially but I'm still really scared of my mom finding out. What should I do?

Your doctor can't tell your mom, it's the law.  Go to the doctor, you need to know as soon as possible if you are pregnant or not.  Once you know for sure then you can decide what you need to do next.  If you are pregnant, then you probably should tell your Mom.  She'll be upset but she'll help you decide what's best for you.

If you tell them not to tell your mom, they won't tell your mom.

That is something that is very personal, and should be told from the daughter to the mother. You may want to go to Planned Parenthood, and see what they can do for you there. I am not sure if they do pregnancy tests there, but it wouldn't hurt to check! Either way, when you go to the doctors, just ask them to please keep it 100% confidential, and they will respect you & your wishes! I promise. They may ask you some questions, and don't be afraid to tell them the truth, because the truth can help them make sure that you and the baby (if indeed, you are pregnant) are safe.

well first the truth you should get on birth controle if you plan on having s*x. i'm not saing that its ok to have s*x at your age but that is for you to decide. second the advice. if you are bleeding most likly you are not pregnaunte but if you think so. go to the free health clinic. they will not judge you and you can get a pregnancy test there with out problems cause i did. if it comes out that you are you need to be responsible and tell your mom. ir you aren't then ask the nurses there for some condums and birth controle. if you gonna have s*x be safe. thats all anyone will ask. men wont be safe but you should.

If you are age of majority in your state (check google for the laws) you can go to a clinic for a confidential pregnancy test.

You can go to the store and buy an at home test and take it at a friends house if you dont want your mom to find out. Just dont buy the really cheap ones, they arent always right. Hope this helps. Good Luck!
