You might try TripAdvisor.com.  Unless the resort has security to keep the vendors away [as ClubMed does/did] I would think they would be there.

Hi !, This is a new Hotel/Resort and I think by the time you get there, there will be vendors on the beach. Enjoy it!

This is a brand new resort/hotels. So i believe not much people has stay there. (i did not saw any vendors)
