Going to the toilet No 2's?

Question

Im starting to get pi*sed off (excuse the pun) when i do my numer 2's in the morning, about half hour after i end up going again a No.2. cant be my breakfirst, wouldnt pass through that quickly, it must be delayed from going toilet the 1st time. any sensible ideas or why this is so?

eating stimulates the digestive system.So breakfast stimulates you to go..Probably its last nights supper...

Not your breakfast unless from the day previous, food normally takes approx about 24hours to go round the system, can I suggest you take more time to empty your bowels, take a book or magazine with you and try and relax don't hurry yourself. Make sure there is no one else wants to use the toilet before settling down with your book.

Food takes, on average, between 24hrs-4 days to pass through our systems - depending on how much fibre you have in your diet.

So it might be last night's supper, it might be breakfast from yesterday.

Either way, the above people are correct, coffee and eating (amongst other things) will make you want to go again.

Likelyhood is that you're not fully evacuating your bowels the first time, and having your breakfast is the stimulation your bowels need to pass the remaining stool build up.

Although it's annoying, If this happens every morning then you have a healthy bowel habit.

get adequate fiber and drink lots of water

eat breakfast first if possible

Nice question, try taking a natural laxative at night before going to bed and see if that makes a difference. Do you drink coffee in the morning? Coffee is known for making bowls want to move! And therefor most people must go to the bathroom after a cup of coffee!
