Going up a size in padded bras?

Question

When you wear a thick padded pushup bra, do they generally run small or do you always buy your regular size?

What about victoria's secret padded pushups?

You should get measured at VS. For me, I am a large 32D normally but for a push-up I am a small 32DD.

i bought one my regular size once, and it was a bit tight for me even after i adjusted all the straps and everything. so then i bought another one a little bigger than my regular size [which is 32B] and i found that it fit better and felt more comfortable

i reallly think it depends on where you buy it from
