The Swiss international has no regrets of switching the Stadio San Paolo side from the Bianconeri; hoping to the end the season on a high
Napoli midfielder, Gokhan Inler, insists that he is extremely happy with his decision to leave Udinese in favour of the Azzurri.
The Swiss international left the Bianconeri to join Walter Mazzarri’s side in the summer transfer window. Despite being a regular member of the Napoli team, Inler has had a mixed bag season. The midfielder has witnessed a dip in
form of late, and was dropped from the team on several occasions in the recent past.
However, the midfielder insists that he made the right decision by joining the Partenopei side in the summer transfer window. Inler is content with his performances, and insists that leaving a good impression in Europe is not an

Despite a less than convincing league season, Inler believes that his team has had a wonderful European campaign, and has played extremely well against few of the top clubs across Europe.
While talking to the reporters, Inler said:
“I’ve had a season to remember. I’m happy with the choice I made in coming here. It’s not easy to go and play in the Champions League and leave a good impression. We, as a team, took on some great clubs and that is the best that
can happen for us footballers.”

Inler is confident that his team will end their poor streak of results, and will end the season on a high.
“People are saying that we are tired, but we always give our maximum. We have to stay united to return to winning ways and to end the campaign well.” Added the former Swiss international
The Naples based outfit still has a chance of winning a trophy this season, as they are in the final of Coppa Italia. They will play Juventus in the final of Italian Cup next month.
