I already answered this question before. First off Son Goku doesn't have any weakness, his only weakness was his tail when he was a child and he grows stronger with every Super Saiyajin level he gains. Superman 's weakness is Kryptonite. So here's the situation Superman and Son Goku fights, Son Goku teleports himself and gets a handful of Kryptonite then Superman's down for the count. Goku doesn't even need to change into his super saiyajin form to beat him and unless Superman gets help from Batman or the Justice League he's dead. But then again that wouldn't happen because they are both the good guys. I think the Japanese invented the character of Son Goku as a counterpart to Superman. Its what you might call East vs. West.
