I have a few questions....

1. How big do they get?

2. Are they asexual?

3. Are they big waste producers?

4. What do they eat?

5. Will they attack fish in the tank with them?

  1. Generally, you'll they'll get about the size of a baseball.

They are NOT asexual, and are actually rather difficult to breed as far as snails go.

The bigger they are, the more waste they will produce.  I definitely wouldn't get them for the sole purpose of cleaning up, as they will produce just as much waste as they remove (they do NOT eat p**p).

Plant material, fallen fish food, or anything else, really.  Any algae they can find will be eaten, but not as a first choice-- shrimp pellets, algae wafers, and fresh vegetables are preferred.

    Not at all.

They do not leave a slime trail like terrestrial snails.
