Golden State Warriors : THUNDER BIRTHDAY BLAST?

My 17th birthday is in Mid-October and I couldn't think of any other way to celebrate it with my friends at a Warriors game since I freaken love the Warriors but have not been to a game yet. Correct me if I'm wrong, The THUNDER BIRTHDAY BLAST is for 20 people or more? How does the Thunder Birthday Blast work? Would you recommend this? And how much would it cost for each person? And another thing, since my birthday is on mid-october and season doesnt start til end of october .. would I still be allow to celebrate it?
