Golden hampster?

my hampster is healthy and very active but has gotten 2 areas of fur that have thined out,allmost bald.skin color looks good.no rash.has healthy diet and very clean cage.shld i b worried?

  1. Not really if he appears to be healthy then chances are nothing is wrong.  You also didn't say how old he was-I remember a few bald spots appearing as my golden got older.  He was 14 years old when he died...the 2-3 yr lifespan of even most goldens makes me think that there are far too many people who mistake deep hibernation for death (and no, nobody switched him...he had some unusual markings and a singular personality for a hamster).
