  1. most likely stress. either from: bad water parameters, small space, or a disease

Ok so, ammonia and nitrite levels should be at 0 and nitrate could be from 0-20. if the ammonia and nitrite is high, do many water changes!

fancy goldfish(fat bodies with two tails) need a 20 gallons minimum each.

common goldfish need ponds cuz they grow 12+inches

Search for weird bumps, sickly discoloration, worms, salty specks, sucked in stomachs. These could be sicknesses! research them on google.

  2. my little fishey died to he did the boston float :(

  3. we need more information... fish die for many reasons..

    shock

    not enough filtration

    over feeding

    chlorine burns

    fungus and worms..

    not enough oxygen

    How big is your tank?

do you have a good filter running?

  4. Each goldfish needs 15-20 gallons all to itself.

    Why?

They are messy.  They produce large quanities of p**p and pee and need large amounts of water so they don't poison themselves.

    They need filtration.

    They need high quality nutrition.

So, unless you have a 30 gallon aquarium with a filter, they're gonna get sick and die.

  5. Clean your water.

  6. sick, water quality is worst which makes them not to like food.  Its goldfish nature to search for food to eat.  no filter and aeration probably
