Question

I am having a problem with the Video Display on one of my TV's sometimes i can get the picture to display some colors if i mess around with the settings but mostly only green will show .. I have taken some pictures to show what it looks like. I have taken it apart but not really sure where to start at. Any help would be appreciated. Pics are not the best quality the screen dont look all blurry like that lol just the pics came out that way lol but the color is what it looks like mostly all greenish
