Golf Clothes!!?

Question

Ok i play golf and its really hot where i live. I'm only 12 and just started playing a few monthes ago... i'm not horrible and gonna stick w. it! Well yesterday i played 9 holes and it was ridiculosly hot! I was just wearing jeans and an aeropostale graphic teeshirt.(also and underwire bra so it stuck to me lke crazy) i dont know if theres any clothes that will "breathe" better. thanks for helping me!

Wear shorts. A cotton top is best to wear when in hot weather.

Also wearing light colours like white instead of black, because dark colours will absorb the heat making you very hot.

My back get sticky in hot weather because I have a black nike bag that is absorbing alot of the heat, and I prefer to wear darker colours not light.

All the golf clothes manufacturers are making tops that wick away moisture from your skin, and are more breathable.  Addidas, Polo, Nike, Calloway, etc all make hot weather gear (Clima Cool etc).  And they do work pretty well, but are expensive (minimum $50).  Go to a golf shop like Golf Galaxy, or Golfsmith and you will find a variety of clothes made for golfing in hot weather.  Lighter cotton shorts would be cooler than denim too.

I think wearing jeans was the problem so I would try wearing shors. There is not much you can do with shirts. There may be shirts that breathe better but I have yet to find any.

If you go to a sporting goods store you should be able to find shirts that are made from giferent material that let air pass through easily. Also dont wear black it will get hotter

I would look into some khaki or plaid shorts or something. Denim would be hot on the golf course. For shirts I would try some Nike Dri-Fit golf shirts or Adidas Clima-Cool golf shirts. They really help beat the heat on the golf course.

Get a pair of lightweight cotton shorts.

Wear a sportsbra that has a moisture-wicking (I used to date a woman who wore a Champion sports-bra) material.

Shirts...under armour makes great womens golf stuff.

Just wear light colours (no black); they will reflect heat and not absorb it.

Go to ebay and look for Nike dri-fit golf attire. I just ordered 3 golf skirts (with the shorts underneath), where I golf it is about 85-90 and these are great clothing. They have moisture wicking so the sweat does not stick. Also try wearing a tank top with a built in bra.
