in the golf course u have a starter and a marshall what are the jobs what do they do exactlly and if there is a book or a web page that explains the dutys of all the workers in a golf course pls tell me i will appriciat it very much

Normally your starter is only on the first hole's tee box. Normally you will see these at clubs that are very strict about tee times and are busy. They will normally have a list of all tee times for the day and make sure everyone gets to tee off as close to their tee time as possible. A marshal however, normally "roams" the course. If they see a group that is playing slow they will go and "encourage" the to play faster. They job is just to keep everyone moving at a reasonable pace and to try to avoid backups on the course. Depending on how nice and busy a course is you might see both a starter and marshal or just one or neither.

The starter is on the first hole and makes sure you paid and tells you the course rules for the day such as Carts on path only today , Fix ball marks .........The Mashall goes around the course DURING play and regulates play making sure everyone is playing on pace and not slowing anyone down and regulating the rules laid out by the Starter ~!
