  1. Flags??  Or do you mean the T markers?  The T-off for each hole is marked by colors.  Blue (I believe), is most advanced and furthest - some call it the pro marker.  I THINK white is next, normal or mens.  Then, I belive red is shortest distance to the hole, and these are called the ladies T.

I may have these colors mixed, sorry I need to see them on the course.

Also, some holes only have 1 T, such as a par 3.

  2. for example white may be in the middle of green red may be at the edge of green and so on, happy golfing

  4. Depending on the colors of your course, the colors usually indicate where the hole is. It will probably tell you on your course scorecard.

For instance, my high school home golf course has red & white for the front, green & white for the middle, and blue & yellow for the back.

  5. white is at the back green in the middle and red in the front

  6. sorry man i dont now but dude some advice if u want to win ask the guy or girl ur playn with do u gold ur breathe when u swing the ball. totaly messes up his next few swings. ;)

  7. red - front

    white - middle

    blue - back

  8. The flag colors can be different for different courses. Typically, red marks the front of the green, white marks the middle of the green and blue marks the back of the green. The distance marked at the tee boxes are to the middle of the green. The different colored flags are an indication what club to use by showing the yardage difference.

  9. blue is typically a back pin

white is typically a middle pin

red is typically a front pin

  10. White indicates farthest from front of green, red in the middle, and white closest to front of green.  A green is where golfers putt the ball to the hole.  There are 18 holes in a round.  19th hole is the bar.

  11. The three colors represent the approximate position of the pin in relationship to the size of the green. A red flag indicates the hole is situated on the front third of the green. The white flag indicates the pin is in the center third of the green while the blue flag indicates the pin is in the back third of the green.  As a caddy who will be caddying in tournaments make sure that you get a copy of the pin positions if one is issued.  This shows the pin locations for every green in feet from the right or left edge and in feet from the front or the back. Just another hint for a Class A caddy.
