The top golfer from England Lee Westwood has recently expressed his anger for not selecting the young and dynamic golfer Rory McIlroy for the (Professional Golfers Association) Rookie of the year award.
The thirty seven years old golfing ace Lee Westwood recently expressed his remarks over the matter after winning the Sun City Challenge golf title in South Africa. The Briton disapproved of the decision of golf association for selecting the American golfer
Rickie Fowler instead of the Irishman Rory Mcllroy.
According to Lee Westwood, giving the honour of Rookie of the year award to Fowler was not at all a right decision and he is not happy about it. Westwood has also expressed his thoughts about the matter over his twitter account in which he has said that
he is short of words to express his anger over the matter. He added that he has just seen the news about honouring Rickie Fowler for the years Rookie award and he is stunned by the decision of the Association.
The English champ said that the capacity of Rickie Fowler cannot be challenged and Fowler has had a great year with some tremendous performances. But the Ryder Cup star Mcllroy also had a great year as he finished in the top three slots in two major events.
He continued and said that Rory displayed a staggering game of golf at the Quail Hollow golf event.
It is to be notified that Rory Mcllroy was a part of the European Ryder Cup winner squad and Mcllroy helped his team to triumph the prestigious Ryder Cup trophy. In the twitter account, Lee Westwood has also talked about the matter and has said that Rory

Tour for the next year.

Rory Mcllroy but he wants to play in Europe to sustain the world number one title for a longer period.

Golfers Association) is not honest just like FIFA and that is why he doesn’t want to rely over the decision of PGA anymore. He added that the voting system of the Association selects the best according to its choice rather than the performance of the player
and he is not happy about the decision taken by the Association.
