Golf Wedges?

ok all i want to know is how long it takes to wear down the grooves on my cleveland zip groove wedges. i am 16 on the golf team play about 3days a week and shoot about 80 to 75 every single time sooooooo how long would it take to wear down the grooves.......tell me in years and rounds thanks alot

most pros switch theirs every 6 months, but that's mostly because they can afford to do it.  If you play three days a week.... I'd say normally about a year.

The Cleveland Zip wedges are made with grooves that are much bigger than the grooves of any other brand.  They might be able to last longer than normal wedges, as well.  They may also be on the verge of non-conforming, depending on an upcoming ruling by the USGA.  I'd keep an ear out if I were you.
